Our Support Groups
Our support groups provide safe, welcoming spaces where people can talk openly about their mental health and feel less alone. Whether you’re struggling yourself or just need somewhere to be heard, our groups are here to support you.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to show up.
What Our Support Groups Offer
Our groups are:
Free to attend
Open, non-judgemental, and confidential
Led by trained facilitators
Focused on listening, connection, and peer support
They are a place to talk about how you’re feeling, share experiences if you want to, or simply listen. There’s no pressure to speak.
Who Our Groups Are For
Our support groups are open to adults who may be experiencing:
Anxiety, stress, or low mood
Depression
Feelings of isolation or loneliness
Life pressures, work stress, or relationship difficulties
Thoughts of suicide or emotional distress
You don’t have to be in crisis to attend. If something doesn’t feel right, our groups can help.
