Hi, I am Heidi, am Integrative Counsellor with Trauma Training, I am also a Trauma Rewind Practitioner and an Advanced EFT Practitioner.

I am a Military Veteran, LGBT and currently work for the Ambulance Service and my counselling comes with a crossover of theoretical practice and lived experience.
